Welcome to FITGym. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our facilities, services, and website. By joining our gym and/or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Membership
1.1. Types of Membership
We offer various membership plans, including monthly, annual, and special promotions. Details of these plans, including pricing and benefits, are available at our reception or on our website.
1.2. Membership Agreement
By signing up for membership, you enter into a contract with FITGym. Membership fees are due as outlined in your chosen plan.
1.3. Cancellations & Freezes
- Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership by providing [number of days] days’ written notice. Cancellation fees may apply as per your membership agreement.
- Freezes: Memberships can be frozen for medical or other valid reasons for up to [number of months] months. Requests must be submitted in writing.

2. Gym Use
2.1. Access
Access to our facilities is granted to active members during operating hours. Members must present their membership card or ID upon entry.
2.2. Conduct
Members must:
- Follow gym rules and staff instructions.
- Use equipment safely and return it to its proper place.
- Respect other members and maintain a positive environment.
2.3. Health & Safety
- Members are responsible for ensuring they are fit to exercise. FITGym recommends consulting a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program.
- Use of equipment and facilities is at your own risk. FITGym is not liable for any injuries sustained while using our facilities.
2.4. Dress Code
Appropriate workout attire and footwear are required at all times.
3. Facilities & Services
3.1. Class Bookings
Classes can be booked via our website or at reception. Cancellation policies apply, and some classes may have additional fees.
3.2. Personal Training
Personal training sessions must be booked in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling requires [number of hours] hours’ notice to avoid charges.
3.3. Facility Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance and cleaning may temporarily close certain areas. We strive to minimize disruptions and will communicate any significant changes in advance.

Late payments may incur additional fees. Continued non-payment may result in membership suspension or termination.

FITGym is not liable for loss or damage of personal property, injury, or death resulting from the use of our facilities or services, except where such liability is legally mandated.

Members agree to indemnify FITGym, its staff, and representatives against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the gym.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Auckland.
